The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2020 is right around the corner and I can’t wait! This is one of the best sales of the year and it’s such a great time to work on building your wardrobe, get those investment pieces and things you’ve had on your wish list while they are marked down to great prices, and to stock up on fall and winter essentials! Unlike most sales, the NSale is the only time you can get brand new merchandise marked down at the beginning of the new season, and head in to fall with some fun new pieces! It’s also an amazing time to stock up on beauty/skincare essentials because those items very rarely go on sale. I love to share holiday gift and stocking stuffer ideas with you during the sale too since there are so many fun gift sets and items that are perfect to set aside for the holiday season while you can get them at great prices! For those that don’t know, I worked at Nordstrom for a few years up until 2019, so I’m VERY familiar with the NSale and want to help you shop it as much as I can! Today I wanted to share all of my tips and important info and dates to help you get ready to shop, as well as my Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2020 top picks!!
When Can You Start Shopping?
Nordstrom cardholders always get Early Access before the sale opens to the public. The photo above shows the dates when each cardholder level can start shopping, and then the public sale starts August 19th. If you would like to apply for the Nordstrom Credit Card, you can click here. This will get you Early Access and I would recommend applying now if that’s something you’re interested in.
When Will I Be Posting My Sale Content?
I plan to share my HUGE try-on haul on my YouTube channel that first week of Early Access so stay tuned and go ahead and subscribe to my channel and turn on the post notification bell so that you are alerted the second my video goes live with links to shop everything!! I will also have my huge blog post with photos of everything I tried on as well as inspiration boards that I will post here on my blog the same day that my YouTube video gets posted! Make sure to follow me on my Instagram (@rachelpuccetti) where I will post NSale photos every day, as well as try-ons and restock alerts on my Insta Stories! I highly recommend downloading the free Liketoknow.it app on your phone where you can also follow me and your fav influencers and instantly shop all of my posts and items! I always link EVERYTHING there!! I will continue to post on my blog as well as share new YouTube videos throughout the sale, and when public sale begins!
How To Shop My Links?
Anytime that you click one of my links on my blog or YouTube channel, it will open up a new browser window for you. Anything that you add to cart and purchase within that same browser window, I will get credit for and receive a small commission, so thank you SO MUCH for taking the time to click on and purchase through my links!! You guys are the best and make this all possible. And for example, say you click on a link for a pair of shoes on Nordstrom (or any retailer) and add things to your cart, but change your mind on the shoes and purchase other items, that’s okay, I will still receive the credit! You can click on any Nordstrom link and purchase whatever you want from the site within that browser window, you don’t have to buy that exact item from the link you used. Depending on what day you can start shopping, you can check out my posts beforehand and make your wishlist and then come back and reference by NSale blog posts and YT videos and use those links! It works the same way with my Instagram posts that are linked in the Liketoknow.it app! Again, thank you for asking how I get credit for your purchases, your support means a lot. 🙂
Things To Keep In Mind
I anticipate that this year in particular given the current situation, that a lot of people will be shopping the sale online. Many items tend to sell very quickly during the NSale every year, and with even more people shopping online this year, they might sell out even more quickly with people buying multiple sizes to try on at home, etc. However, that also means you should definitely check back frequently for returns as everyone will have to return the sizes/things that didn’t work out, so I will keep you guys posted on restock alerts every day!! Again, follow me on Instagram to get the fastest updates! Nordstrom does have free shipping and free returns always, which is very helpful! You can also use their buy online, pick up in store option, too! They also have curbside pickup, so they make it all very seamless! That way you can shop my posts and videos online and purchase quickly, but pickup what’s available in your store if you don’t want to wait for shipping, ha!
