Blue and white has always been a favorite color combination of mine, whether it be a cute dress, a bouquet of hydrangeas, or a gorgeous ginger jar, so when I saw this dress I instantly fell in love. The blue and white stripes combined with the full, pleated skirt make for a perfectly feminine dress, and the cutout adds a darling twist to the look!
